Big thanks to Craven Arts Council & Gallery, Inc., for hosting Chicken Haiku in February. The art and poetry were on display all month.
We had a fabulous time at the the February ArtWalk. On an evening in early February, we had 70-degree weather. EVERYONE was out to enjoy it, which made for great crowds during the evening.
The gallery is in an old bank building, which means it has very high ceilings, beautiful architecture, and even the old door to the vault that you can walk through into one of the art displays.
We did a little reading and signed a few books, but mostly we just really enjoyed talking to the gallery visitors.
What a pleasure spending time with the folks of New Bern and getting to enjoy all the art in the gallery. If you are in the area, by all means check Craven Arts’ website for the latest exhibits and go visit!
